The outcome reflects the practice's work in bringing forward agricultural land through the site allocation process, engaging directly with Buckinghamshire Council to establish the principle of residential use ahead of any subsequent detailed planning application.
Securing in-principle support at this early stage provides the client with a clear basis to progress the site through further stages of the planning process, with the potential to deliver between 25 and 30 residential units on the land.
