Cohanim Architecture was commissioned to prepare a technical drawing suite and associated solutions for a property on Warrington Crescent, in Little Venice, London. The commission formed part of a wider process encompassing both Building Control and Listed Building Consent requirements for the property.
Working within these parallel regulatory frameworks, the practice prepared the technical documentation needed to satisfy Building Control requirements while addressing the specific considerations attached to a listed building. This included coordinating the drawn information necessary to support the Listed Building Consent application alongside the Building Control package.
A subsequent phase of the commission was brought forward to bring improvements to the internal layout of the property, extending the scope of the practice's involvement beyond the initial technical drawing suite.
